Property Details
Badgers Sett is a cabin-style retreat for two, nestled between the trees in the Cotswold countryside. Private hot tub, a proper kitchen, real beds and a deck surrounded by nothing but nature. It’s adults-only, genuinely off-grid in feel, and designed around one idea: that real rest happens when you’re closer to the outside world, not further from it.
Shared with just three other pods, the communal space adds to the experience rather than taking away from the privacy. An outdoor sauna, fire pits, a pizza oven and the kind of quiet that’s hard to find. Come with a good book, a decent bottle and no particular agenda.

Exploring Nearby
Badgers Sett sits within the Cotswold countryside, in a setting that feels genuinely peaceful and away from it all. The landscape is open and green, with trails nearby for cycling, trail running and walking through some of the quietest parts of the region.
South Cerney is a 15-minute drive and one of the most established villages in the area. Stone cottages, independent shops, good pubs and village greens that connect directly to lakeside walking routes around the Cotswold Water Park.
Malmesbury is around 15 minutes in the other direction, a historic market town with a medieval Abbey, protected gardens and a relaxed, independent high street worth an afternoon.
Kemble Station is approximately 20 minutes away by car, with direct trains to London Paddington. That makes this a practical option for couples travelling from the city looking for a proper change of scene without a long journey.
